We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class so that we familiarise yourself with the studio and we can introduce you to the equipment before we get started.


It’s important to wear workout gear that you can move around easily in. We recommend a tank top or t shirt and leggings, form fitting bottoms or shorts. No shoes or trainers but grippy/pilates socks are essential (no need to worry, we sell these at the studio) You must wear grippy/pilates socks to participate in our MOTR classes.

For Clients Attending the Box-FIT class Hand wraps are essential (Also available to purchase at the studio)


Drink up! The key to a healthy body, kickstarting the metabolism, and maintaining energy is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during and after your class. Water is available to buy in the studio, if you forget to bring your bottle. For the ideal way to refuel and replenish your body after your METcore workout, we also sell Botanic Lab drinks


We recommend eating a light snack 45-minutes or so before your class. Good light snack options - half a banana, a handful of almonds or a couple of apple wedges with almond butter.


To get started all you need to do is take a few moments to sign up to create your online account. Once that’s all set up you’re ready to get booking your first METcore class! You can peruse our online schedule and book your classes up to 8-weeks in advance and we offer classes from 6.30am to 8.00pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday - Sunday.
