Lagree is a revolutionary workout method, originally developed in Los Angeles, that combines the best aspects of Pilates and strength training to help you achieve a stronger, more sculpted physique in less time.

It’s a full-body high intensity, low impact workout that prioritises core strength and muscular endurance. Each 50-minute class follows the transformative Magic 8 principles of the Lagree Method, with specialised classes offering varied intensities for optimal physical results.

FORM’s co-Founder Elissa El Hadj, trained directly with Sebastian Lagree in LA, and has brought the Lagree Method to the FORM community, providing all FORM trainers with a deep understanding of the workout and insights into its effectiveness.

Fitness Level:
Rookie (for beginners), Classic (for those familar with Lagree), Boss (for those wanting a more intense workout)
What to wear/bring:
Compulsory grippy socks, comfortable athletic clothing. Both can be purchased at FORM.
