Tanya’s Breakfast Smoothie

  • Handful frozen blueberries or mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed (Linwood’s is a good brand)
  • 1 tbsp. chai seeds
  • ¼ avocado
  • Handful kale
  • 200ml almond or soya milk (unsweetened)
  • 50 ml water
  • Combine all in a blender for 2 minutes. Add water until consistency right for your preference.
