Low impact, high intensity Pilates class performed on the MOTR (Movement On The Roller). The class focuses on slow controlled movements aimed at strengthening, toning, lengthening and sculpting the physique. This is a full-body workout, working multiple muscle groups simultaneously, resulting in double the results in half the time compared to classic Pilates.
